2. Service Description
PostGenius provides AI-powered blog writing services with built-in SEO analysis. We strive for high quality output but do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or results from using our generated content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Our service is billed monthly at €19/month or yearly at €12/month. New users receive a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service or systems. You are responsible for ensuring that content generated does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create and generate using PostGenius. PostGenius retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and service infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
PostGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to content errors, SEO performance, or data loss.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostGenius operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app.
